A quick trial ring project to get comfortable with the workshop tools.

You’ll cover techniques such as sawing, filing, soldering and polishing.

With these new skills, you will then have the freedom to design and develop a piece of silver jewellery of your choice.

Depending on your design, you could also incorporate disc cutting, roller printing, doming, texturing and blackening the meta - all of which your instructor will advise you on.

Every skill level is welcome to join this three hour class. From complete beginners to seasoned pros, everyone can make Studio 42 their own. If you already have some jewellery-making skills, then you are more than welcome to work independently at your level.

This three hour class is one of Queenstown’s ‘must-do’ experiences and a great rainy-day option for individuals, couples - or the whole family!

• allow plenty of travel time as traffic from town can be slow during the week. There is a cafe next door for your morning coffee. Please arrive to class 5 min early so we can start on time.
