Rent a bench in the studio for the day

Perfect for jewellers passing through, or Studio 42 silver members.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a jewellery community in Queenstown and get your hands on a few of those tools you may not have in your studio. 

We have a fully decked-out warm and cosy studio with great coffee next door - what more could you want? 

You will be working alongside Claire Todd or Jess Winchcombe - this is the home of the Studio 42 jewellery school, so sometimes there might be a class but you will have a separate bench and area to work in. 

  • We will be happy to show you how our set-up works but it is self-directed making so you will need to have some experience under your belt. If you are self-taught you need to be comfortable using jewellery tools and if you are feeling rusty then we recommend you book a class with one of our tutors first.

    This is also available for silver members who have completed Level 1.

    • Use of the tools and equipment in the Studio 42 studio

    • No silver is included but available to purchase at $5 per gram

    • Flat-covered shoes and comfortable clothing

    • Your glasses

    • Metal and materials and a project in mind.

    • allow plenty of travel time as traffic from town can be slow during the week. There is a cafe next door for your morning coffee.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, however you can transfer the booking to another day.
